Check in bikes, in seconds — owners get an instant QR ticket by text, and your whole team sees every item in real time. No paper. No app installs. No lost tickets.

Built for lines that move fast

Simple enough for a first-day volunteer. Powerful enough for a 5,000-person festival. From cycling advocacy rides to ski hill gear checks — Valeh adapts.

Snap and go

Staff photograph the asset and its storage spot in seconds. An instant visual record — no forms, no paper, no scanning. The ticket generates and fires via SMS before the worker takes two steps.

QR ticket by text

A unique retrieval code lands in the owner's SMS inbox the moment check-in completes. They present it when they return. No app to download. Ever. One scan — item returned.

Photo proof, always

A photo of the asset and a photo of the storage bay are captured at every check-in. When there's a question about condition or location, the photos answer it. Every time.

Live visibility for admins and managers

Every asset, every location, every status — live. Every action is logged with worker ID and timestamp. Know exactly where anything is, always.
